He has spent time at Holy Grale where he worked with some of the best brewers in the world on food and beer pairings. (6 year tenure). Josh was also the opening chef of local favorite New Albanian Bank Street Brewhouse where he worked closely with local farmers to help establish the New Albany Farmers Market.
