Badass Women, Bomb-ass Wine $30
The women celebrated in this list are changing the game of winemaking. Stepping into the role after generations run by their male counterparts, all five (Pares Balta is run by sisters) of these winemakers are breaking rules and winning awards. With a focus on low intervention, caring for the grapes, the trees and the land, the quality of these wines are unsurpassed. So raise a (tasting) glass to these badass women making bomb-ass wine.
"Pink is My Favorite Color" $25
Rosé, Rosado, Rosato. No matter where you are, or what it’s called this spring/summer juice is all about fun! Rosé gets its pink color from the fact that the skin is left to sit in contact with the crushed grape for a while. The longer it sits, the darker the pink color will be. The skin is removed after a few hours or up to 3 days. Rosé wine is not meant to be “aged.” It’s best consumed within 2-3 years of its release. Rose can be made form any grape, and while it is always released in spring and summer, this wine can be enjoyed year round. Cheers to rosé all day..
Wine Shop Staff Picks $25
"What is your favorite wine?" is a question we hear a lot here at the shop, and we love it. So, our team Jason, Lauren, Dustin & Robin have each selected their favorite go to wines for this tasting. Cheers!
