In preparation for our coursed collaboration dinner with Chef Roza Segoviano, Viva Hospitality Group, we are spending the week celebrating all things Basque. Leading up to the dinner (Friday Night at Sleepy Rooster), we will be offering a Pinxtos tasting menu at the bar for guests to enjoy. We will also be welcoming Demian Hostetter of Crossroads Vintners who will be pouring wines, sidra, sherries and vermouths from the region!
